We are happy to offer a comprehensive product search for items listed in our catalog. If you would like to order product(s) or request for quotation, followings are the process of your order.
- 1) Search our products by group classification or keywords.
- 2) Choose the item(s) from the product list.
- 3) Fill out the quotation request form and click the submit button.
You will receive the quotation that includes shipping fee and tax fee. - 4) Confirm your order after you accept the quotation.
- 5) We will send the product(s) and inform you the shipping date by e-mail.
- ※Please note that we do not guarantee performance of the experiment.

Return Policy / Exchange Policy
After 20 days from the delivered date, we do NOT accept any returns or exchanges.
We accept returns or exchanges ONLY IF the purchased items are unopened, defective or damaged.
If you happen to receive a defective product or a product damaged during shipping, please contact at customerservice@nilaco.jp with the information and pictures of the items to prove your claim.
If the receive/exchange is accepted, we will send you the information for the further process.
Please note that all costs associated with returning the item(s) need to be covered by the customer.
We will NOT refund any shipping charges, import taxes nor the wire transfer fee.
